Marketing Manager

Location: Ho Chi Minh City Employment Type: Full-time Department: Marketing Report to: Brand Director / CEO Giới tính: Female/ Male 🔹 Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s marketing initiatives. You will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and drive the brand's growth across both digital and offline platforms. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Develop and execute monthly/quarterly/yearly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and coach the marketing team (including Content, Digital, Ecom, PR, Design...). Plan, run and monitor performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google…). Coordinate content creation and brand communications across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok...). Oversee marketing budget, track KPIs and optimize campaigns for better ROAS. Collaborate with sales, retail and e-commerce teams to launch promotions, in-store activations, and brand campaigns. Analyze market trends, competitor performance and consumer behavior to improve marketing effectiveness. Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints. Work with external agencies, influencers and media partners when required. 🔹 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role. Proven track record in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content marketing. Strong data analysis, budgeting, and planning skills. Excellent command of English (both verbal and written). Creative thinking, good aesthetic sense, and ability to keep up with trends. Team-oriented, solution-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 🔹 Benefits Full participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as regulated by law.
