Purchasing Senior Staff

JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking for a Purchasing Senior Staff to join our team, who will play a key role in managing the procurement of materials and ensuring smooth and timely deliveries. With strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both local and international suppliers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the procurement process for trims and accessories, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. - Source, evaluate, and work with domestic and international suppliers. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers. - Track orders, monitor quality control, and ensure timely material supply. - Collaborate with internal departments such as production, planning, and logistics to maintain a smooth supply chain. - Update procurement reports, analyze market trends, and propose cost-saving initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; - Lead trim material procurement and supplier negotiations. - Oversee inventory management and mentor junior staff. - Having 3+ years of experience in related roles, preferably in the 𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 or vendor companies. - Proficient in English communication (verbal and written); - Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); - Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
