JOB DESCRIPTION: - Checking P&ID and Piping Drawing; understanding specification of Piping - Research specifications, data sheets, requisitions, technical bid evaluation, calculation sheets, drawings, and bill of materials/quantities for instrumentation including but not limited to: (1) Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature types; (2) Control valves, on/off valves, safety valves; (3) Analyzer... - Preparing specifications, I/O count, system architecture &configuration drawings, requisitions, technical valuation for control system DCS/ESD/FGS and auxiliary system BMS/LCS/HVAC, etc. - Preparing Instrument Index, Loop Control drawings, Wiring drawings, System Block diagram drawing, Logic drawings, etc. - Preparing Instrument Location Plant drawings, Wiring Layout drawings, Main Cable Layout drawings, Cable Tray/trench drawings, Instrument process hook-up drawings, Installation drawings, Air piping drawings, etc. - Preparing Material Take-off, Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantity, etc. for Cables, Tray, Pipe & Tubing, Junction Boxes, glands, etc. - Making a report to Supervisor, Lead Engineer, and Manager - Details will be provided during the interview REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors of Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control and Automation Engineering - Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience - Be proficient in using AutoCAD. Candidates who can use Revit 3D and Navisworks will be preferred. - Have communication skills and be able to work independently/in groups - Be able to communicate in English.
