Middle Product Owner

AROBID is a rapidly expanding digital ecosystem, encompassing a B2B marketplace, TradeXpo online exhibitions, and a Good for Good platform. We‘re connecting businesses and transforming B2B commerce at scale. We are seeking talented and highly motivated individuals to join our team and help us shape the future of B2B. Job description: - Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature development. - Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and marketing teams to align product goals with business objectives. - Conduct data-driven decision-making using market research, analytics, and customer feedback. - Prioritize product backlog and feature development based on business impact and customer needs. - Ensure successful product launches, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams. - Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure product success. - Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring a user-centric product approach. Your skills and experience: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, or Technology. - 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related role. - Proven ability to develop and launch products, working closely with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis, and decision-making capabilities. - Experience in customer research, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude). - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management. - Preferred Certifications/Licenses (Nice to Have): Pragmatic Institute Certification (PMC), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
