Head Of Product (Product Manager, Product Owner)

AROBID is a rapidly expanding digital ecosystem, encompassing a B2B marketplace, TradeXpo online exhibitions, and a Good for Good platform. We‘re connecting businesses and transforming B2B commerce at scale. We are seeking talented and highly motivated individuals to join our team and help us shape the future of B2B Roles: - You will be leading a PO and BA team in defining and managing the end-to-end process of a B2B e-commerce platform and its ecosystem elements such as digital exhibition, livestream, and data analytics. - Lead a PO, BA and UI design to develop a platforms in end to end basis: Research, analysis, design, validate with potential users, follow up and do acceptance test of the products. - Collaborate with R&D and other teams to ensure the delivery of the product in alignment with business expectations and milestones, following agile process. - Go into detail of user stories, flows, experience analysis to be ready for development. - Continously measure, analyse and discover more users expectations in order to keep the platfom up to highest satisfaction. Requirements: - Ideally 5–10 years in related fields of Product Management and Product Ownership, especially in one or more of the following: e-commerce, B2B sales/marketing solutions, supply chain management… - Strong capability and passion in product research, analysis and user experience, espcially B2B business products. - Strong leadership, management, presentation and collaboration. - Realwork experience with e-commerce (B2B or B2B2C), data analytics, customer experience… are big plus.
