C-Suite Assistant

The Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors will work directly with senior leadership members to ensure the effective coordination of schedules, information flow, and strategic initiatives. Specifically: Coordination of Work & Schedules: Organize the working schedules, meetings, and business trips of the Board of Directors in a systematic and efficient manner. Provide timely reminders and support in preparing materials for meetings or business trips. Internal/External Communication: Draft, translate, and edit bilingual documents, emails, and meeting minutes (Vietnamese – English); proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Represent the Board in receiving and responding to communications with both domestic and international partners and clients. Support in Strategic Management & Projects: Participate in strategic meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on implementation progress. Collaborate with internal departments and strategic partners to implement plans as directed by the Board. Other Supportive Duties: Carry out assigned tasks as requested by the Board of Directors, ensuring confidentiality and high efficiency.
