Accounting

Responsibilities: Check, issue, and record debit/credit notes and outgoing/incoming invoices • Monitor and manage domestic and foreign accounts receivable/payable • Record and reconcile daily bank transactions; monitor bank interest and loans (if any) • Monitor forecasted cash flow (expenses, AR/AP) based on inputs from Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams • Track contract-based expenses with vendors and agents • Submit payment requests to management and execute online banking transactions • Send weekly Cash In/Out Forecast and AR/AP reports to supervisor • Post monthly bank transaction summaries and perform account matching • Record HR-related expenses: salaries, bonuses, HR costs, prepaid allocations, and commissions • Record office expenses such as rent, utilities, and other administrative costs • Conduct monthly tax checks; prepare PIT and CIT reports (if any) • Perform month-end closing activities and lock the accounting books • Generate monthly reports including: o Account details o AR/AP report o Trial balance o Profit & Loss (P&L) statement o Sales volume o Sales commission details o PIT & CIT tax reports (if any) HR/Admin • Handle daily HR tasks: recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records • Support payroll processing and personal income tax reporting • Manage social, health, and unemployment insurance registrations and monthly declarations for employees • Administer labor contracts, renewals, and related documents • Manage office administration: stationery, office supplies, equipment, and facility services • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g. cleaners, IT support, building management) • Organize internal events, training sessions, and company activities • Ensure compliance with labor laws, insurance regulations, and internal HR policies • Prepare and maintain HR and admin-related reports • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the line manager Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field. • 1–2 years of experience in accounting (preferably in Logistics/Forwarding). • Solid knowledge of general accounting, AP/AR, revenue & cost control. • Familiar with accounting software (MS Excel, MISA, SAP, Softek or similar) • Basic English for documents and communication. • Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure. • Digital Marketing skills are a plus (social media management, internal communication) English: Good Benefits • Standard Benefit For further support, do not hesitate to contact our consultant, or contact us via email [email protected] or hotline 028 3526 0292
