I. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Spearhead the development and execution of dynamic marketing strategies that elevate our products and services. 2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs that drive innovative product development. 3. Optimize margin performance and ensure robust cash flow to support sustainable growth. 4. Work closely with internal operation team in new item development. 5. Other tasks will be assigned by board of management. II. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (a Mechanical Engineering background is an added advantage). - A minimum of 5 years of robust experience in Marketing, Management, or a related field, ideally within the Manufacturing sector. - Demonstrated strengths in negotiation, analytical thinking, strategic planning, and effective implementation. - Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with a proactive approach to challenges. - Strong communication abilities. - A collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across departments. - Fluency in Japanese is essential, with strong English communication skills. International or multicultural work experience will be highly regarded. III.
