Process Design and Optimization: Develop production formulation systems and process flows. Proficient in parameter tuning for equipment like twin-screw extruders. Convert laboratory formulations into industrial production processes, ensuring stability and cost control. Product Performance Enhancement: Improve existing plastic properties (e.g., strength, toughness, weather resistance) through formulation or process adjustments.
