Daily Café Operations Ensure the café is fully set up and operational from opening to closing. Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring atmosphere. Supervise the painting, glazing, drying, and firing workflow. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests. Ensure quality control of finished customer pieces. 2. Team Leadership & HR Manage, train, and motivate staff. Create weekly schedules and ensure punctuality and performance. Conduct regular service briefings and training sessions. Promote a proactive, customer-focused team culture. 3. Customer Experience Excellence Ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and inspired. Deliver high-quality service aligned with our Ceramic4You brand. Support group bookings, school programs, corporate team-building events, celebrations, TET and year-end events. 4. Sales & Business Development (High Priority) (New section added as requested) The General Manager is expected to actively develop new sales opportunities and partnerships to grow revenue beyond walk-in customers. Your sales responsibilities include: Identifying and approaching companies, consulates, chambers of commerce, NGOs, international schools, and other organisations for corporate team-building or creative workshops. Developing a structured B2B sales pipeline with follow-ups, proposals, and conversions. Attending relevant networking events and local business groups (e.g., chambers, expat communities, women in business groups). Creating partnerships with hotels, tour organisers, relocation agencies, cafés, co-working spaces, or lifestyle businesses. Developing offline sales channels, not only via social media. Supporting the creation and distribution of sales materials such as leporellos, flyers, brochures, and corporate packages. Working closely with the founders to refine corporate pricing, offers, and seasonal packages (Christmas, TET, Year-End, etc.). Tracking and reporting sales results, leads, and opportunities. 5. Inventory & Ceramic Workflow Manage stock of ceramics, glazes, and tools. Monitor kiln schedules, firing logs, drying times, and pickups. Coordinate suppliers and restocking. 6. Administrative & Financial Oversee daily cash handling and POS accuracy. Track expenses and maintain cost-efficient operations. Manage receipts, payments, and supplier relationships. Maintain operational checklists, processes, and reporting. 7. Marketing & Promotion Support Support day-to-day social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Stories). Capture customer moments (photos/videos) for content creation. Assist with promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events. Share insights for stronger customer flow and product development. 📌 Requirements Must-Haves Strong leadership and team-management skills. At least 2–3 years experience in hospitality, retail, or service. Strong communication skills (English B2/C1 Level required, Vietnamese fluently). Sales-driven mindset with interest in B2B outreach. Organized, reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented. Nice-to-Haves Experience in B2B sales, events, or corporate partnerships. Experience in cafés, art studios, or creative environments.
