1.Mô tả công việc As an English Call Agent CSR, you will support customers through: Call Center - English Call Agent (on the phone call) •Hours of working: 8 working hours shift - 05 days/week, Night Shift in Vietnam: -Night Shift 1 (Mon-Fri) from 20:00 PM to 5:00 AM -Night Shift 2 (Mon-Fri) from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM •Note: During Winter Time in the US (Daylight Saving Time - starts on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November), the time frame will be offset by 13 hours (UTC Timezone). •Working Location: CSR’s Office Address: HTP Building, No. 434 Tran Khat Chan, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks: •Manage a volume of calls / emails / chats with knowledge and efficiency. •Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction. •Completes reports of calls and other data accurately and on time. •Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary. 2.Yêu cầu ứng viên Ứng viên ứng tuyển vui lòng ghi chú lựa chọn về “Ca Làm Việc” của bạn. •Minimum requirement: High school diploma. Bachelor’s Dregree is a plus. •Customer service experience is a plus, Softel still welcomes freshers, and you would be trained in the professional US policy program from the beginning. •Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. •Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
