Mô tả công việc A. Academic Quality Assurance • Monitor individual learning progress; identify and provide support for slow learners. • Review and ensure the consistency and quality of teaching materials, lesson plans, and curriculum • Observe classes regularly and provide constructive feedback to teachers based on student progress. • Summarize the observation record to advise in teachers/TA training to improve overall quality. • Address and solve academic-related issues via internal channels such as slacks/zoho and whatsapp. • Assist in teacher/TA substitution or student support arrangements to avoid class interruption. B. Batch & Student Management • Manage books, handouts, and materials for all class launches. • Ensure teachers follow the assigned curriculum and lesson pacing. • Maintain accurate student records, including transfers, withdrawals, or postponements. • Monitor and address attendance issues and class scheduling irregularities. • Periodically review scheduling effectiveness and propose improvements to increase learning efficiency • Recommend schedule optimization strategies with supporting data. C. Academic Support & Coordination • Collaborate with Event, Curriculum, and Operations teams to organize project-based learning classes, workshops, craft sessions, and events. • Monitor preparation timelines and ensure on-time material delivery for smooth execution. • Provide walk-in support and take initiative during unplanned or emergency academic situations. • Ensure all special sessions are conducted with high standards of readiness and quality. • Coordinate with the academic team from oversea branches for academic project. Yêu cầu ứng viên Must-Have: • Ability to work independently and critically under time pressure. • Collaborative mindset; able to work with teams across functions (event, curriculum, ops). • Strong internal communication and task tracking skills. • Flexibility in work location and schedule; ready to travel between hubs if needed. • High ownership and attention to detail in class logistics and support delivery. Preferred: • Experience in EdTech, language centers, or academic coordination roles. • Familiarity with center-based learning environments. • Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM/ERP platforms.
